In his first collection which spans seating, tables and lighting, Assembly 0.1, Fialin, with his process- and material-based approach, considers it the inaugural chapter in an ongoing series. This methodical approach serves as a reflective interlude, allowing him to intricately connect various themes, materials and shapes and establish the temporal context of each piece within his continuing body of work. Furthermore, this methodology fosters a unified language that permeates individual items, enabling them to stand alone while harmonising within the collective ensemble of objects.
